Anton Sidunov
Head CheffAnton Sidunov has been heading up the kitchen team at Ryabaga since 2012. His talent and dedication have had a key role in sending the culinary experience in Ryabaga to nstaggering heights. Anton takes his role as a leader very seriously, and feeds nearly 70 people daily in the most remote corner of the Kola Peninsula.
Julia Tokareva
Sous ChefFrom Murmansk, Julia has been part of the Ponoi team since 2013. Her methodical approach and zest for cooking giver her an edge that is most appreciated by the guests and staff alike. During the winter Julia works in the famed "Cafe Leto," alongside Anton Sidunov. Always in a great mood, she loves spending time in nature as well as dancing.
Roman Zavyalov
Pastry ChefRoman hails from Murmansk and has been a pastry chef at Baltic Bread Bakery in Mfor nearly 9 years. He is in charge of preparing not only all breads, cookies, and baked goods, but he also works magic with the Ryabaga desserts.
Svetlana Kozhina
Kitchen StaffSveta Kozhina worked as a children's educator before taking a job in a children's recreation center in 1994. She worked in that capacity for 15 years as a household manager before retiring from full-time work in 2013. In 2016 Kozhina was working seasonally as a cook on the ship "Demyan Bedny" in Yakutsk, and she was invited to join the crew at Ryabaga. In 2017 Sveta joined the Ponoi Kitchen Team as a Kitchen Staff member.
Nadezhda Vaulina
Kitchen StaffNadezhda Vaulina was born in Umba. She studied and worked in the Umba District before moving to the Republic of Belarus in 1987. She received a degree as an economist and worked in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus from 2000-2014, and in the Luninetskaya District printing house from 2014 - 2017. Nadja has a son who was born in 1994. Her hobbies include sports, handicrafts, reading, design, and hairstyling.
Alexander Klevtsov
Kitchen StaffAlexander Klevtsov was born in Omsk and moved to Murmansk when he was 9 years old. He was trained as a chef before taking a post in the Army. After a varied career that spanned mechanics, security, and several retail posts, Alexander focused on food service and catering admin. He joined the Ryagaba Kitchen Team in 2019. In his spare time Alexander enjoys martial arts, biathlon, and politics.
